Chicken Soto Noodles

Last night, I attempted to cook Chicken Soto Noodles as it's my bf favourite. Luckily it turned out to be a success, LOL. The recipe can be found here. My version is less oily and plain looking compare to the picture on the other site. It's yummy still, I had 2 big bowl of this and kinda overeaten. :p

Latest Google Adsense Check Arrived

Here is my latest paycheck from Google which is an interesting comparison to my First Adsense Check :P This income is a pure earning of Google Adsense program.

It came in a DHL express envelope yesterday which cost me USD 24 courier fee and it's worth every penny, I received the check within a week the check was issued.

I started my piano lessons 2 months ago. Here are 2 songs I played and recorded in MIDI format. Both songs are from the movie of Jay Chou (SECRET) Hope you guys like it. :P




The 2nd song I only managed to record half of it coz the 2nd part is quite challenging. Please let me know if you want to hear more of it, then it will be more motivating for me to continue practicing it. Hehe...

其实，一开始，这问题已问得不对。如果面包是比喻为物质的话，爱情应该是以面包油来做比喻。同样的，面包油也可比喻为其他方面的感情。

面包与面包油，你会选择什么？

只有面包而没有面包油，吃起来淡淡无味，再多的面包也没意思。

只有面包油而没有面包，吃多了也会腻，而且那种美味也维持不久。

所以，我们不应该只为了面包，而放弃面包油，或只要面包油而忽略了面包。

Dream

Dream : 6th August 2006

Well, I asked myself this question right before I went to sleep : "I'm going to resign this end of year, is it a right decision?" I asked for a clear indicator in my dream which led me to this dream.

I was staying with my family in a place that looks like hotel suite. My mum was having a plate of roasted fish, it smell so nice and seem so delicious!

Me : Can I get a plate of roasted fish + chicken?
Hawker : I'm sorry, our fish is sold out. Would u like to have Chickens only instead?

Not believing him, I went to check out his stall. He's got fishes hanging there! With sarcasm, i asked him "There's no fish for sale? Eh?", finger pointing to the fish. "No, they have been reserved by other customers." the boss replied. However, I insisted on having fish and the hawker refused to sell it to me. With anger, I stomped back to my room.

It was 2 am and my stomach started grumbling. I wondered if the hawker still doing business at this hour? Perhaps I would have some chicken now? I walked out of the door, feeling weak, it's dark and windy outside, heading to the food stall...

蔡明霞老师讲座 《生命潜能》的感想

上个周末，我很荣幸的去听蔡明霞老师的讲座，主题是：《生命潜能》。第一次见到蔡老师时，感觉她全身散发的都是正面的能量(呵呵,自从上了她的课后,不知不觉说什么都跟能量有关), 非常有善,有朝气的人.

生命潜能 - 是说我们每个人都有与生俱来的能量 - 潜意识. 只要你时常为你的潜意识输入正面的讯息,很多事情,只要你think positively, 好事就会发生. 你可以试看每天临睡前或起身时,为自己祝福,譬如说:＂我会越来越健康＂，＂我会有美好的一天”。你会发现你会越来越健康，越来越开朗。千万不要小看潜意识，如果你时常think negatively, 不好的事就会如你所愿的发生。蔡老师给了很多真人见证，还让我们做了小试验，效果令我目瞪口呆。

课程内容我不多说了，有机会你们可以去上她的课。再跟你们分享蔡老师说的一些非常有意义的话：
１．要紧记：无论我遭遇了什么，我都要快乐地生活。
２．要换个角度去看困境：与其埋怨“为什么会是我？为什么我会那么倒霉？“　不如把那悲愤的力量转化成解决问题的力量。
３．忧伤沮伤时，问一问你自己： 停留在这个阶段对我有什么好处？
４．一个人如能时时存有感恩心，感恩我们天天都还能好好地活着，感恩能工作就是福气。
５．祝福他人，你将会得到双倍的祝福。诅咒他人,你将会收回双倍的诅咒。聪明的你会做出怎样的选择？　


蔡老师也教导我们一个舒解情绪的有效方法，那就是：观想天蓝色的光从头直泻而下，慢慢地看着它向下一直到脚下。这样会把我们的情绪从脚底输出。你不妨回去试一试！

WoW Revealed New Alliance - Draenei

This morning, I was working as usual in the office with the holiday mood (hoho, tomorrow is Wesak Day, another off day in this month.) Suddenly, my bf IM me this link : http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/burningcrusade/townhall/draenei.html
WOOT! This really caught my eyes and I felt energetic again!
First reaction upon seeing the new Draenei : They look damn COOL!
Second reaction : OMG, female draenei is so cute!!! I WANT TO REROLL DRAENEI! LOL.

Available classes should be Warrior, Paladin, Priest, Mage, and Hunter.

The racials for the new Draenei race are:

* Blessing of the Naaru - heals the target of 50 damage over 15 sec. (This skill goes up according to your lvl)
* Gemcutting - Jewelcrafting skill increased by 15
* Inspiring Presence - Increases chance to hit with spells by 1% for all party members within 30 yards
* Shadow Resistance - increased by 10

The Blood Elf racials (as announced at Blizzcon) are:

* Arcane Affinity - Enchanting increased by 15
* Arcane Torrent - Silence all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec. In addition, you gain 20 Energy, Mana or Rage for each Mana Tap charge currently affecting you.
* Magic Resistance - All resistances increased by 5
* Mana Tap - Drains 50 mana from your target and charges you with Arcane energy until cancelled. This effect stacks up to 3 times.

By looking at both racials, I would say that Blood Elf racials wins hands down if you decide to go for a DPS caster.

Blah, how come Alliance get a unique race while Horde gets Blood Elf that looks like just a morph from Alliance's Night Elf.
