Oh My Aching Legs

Walao, last saturday I kena conned by B to climb a mountain in Botanical Garden. He said that we could see the waterfall soon, no need to go so far. But after climbing for 40 minutes, I still couldn't see the top. My face was so red until a concerned uncle passing by asked me if I'm OK. Finally we reached the waterfall after some struggling and we were able to sit down to enjoy the cool breeze. It was so refreshing, I felt that I'm all recharged. Afterwards, we proceeded to walk down the staircases. This time, I went jialat again. My legs were trembling all the way down. Wah, I was so worried that I will fall before I reached the bottom. My lower legs are having muscle strain now. Anyhow, I got a free Western Food meal that night as a compesation from B. ;)

haha..good for your health..go climb more often then u wont feel so jialat anymore :p

i did tht once, and dare not go mountain climbing again till i'm confirm that i really fit for it ^^

Can start with smaller hill, those not so steep and long distance one. I think I'm going to climb the other one in Youth Park 2 weeks later, which is easier for me. Hehe.

Where do u find mountain to climb in KL?
